Dr. Megan Fulton, DDS
Dr. Fulton is a proud native of Arkansas. She grew up in Monette, where her dream of becoming a dentist was born. With a family dentist who made sitting in the dental chair enjoyable, she knew it was the career for her. Working with her hands and using her artistic side to help someone's health and life sounded rewarding.
When it came time for college, she moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas, and pursued a degree in biology. She fell in love with the landscape and the culture of northwest Arkansas. After college, Dr. Fulton moved to Kansas City to pursue her dreams of becoming a dentist. After she graduated, Dr. Fulton married her husband, Kyle, and made Fayetteville home once more (with their Husky, Pax).
Dr. Fulton started practicing in 2019, after she graduated from dental school. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association, and Northwest District Dental Society. Additionally, Dr. Fulton has completed Molis Coaching—Invisalign Continuing Education.
Since Dr. Fulton moved to northwest Arkansas, she and her husband have added two sweet little boys to their family, Preston and Noah. They enjoy spending their time making memories as a family, especially outside in their backyard and going out for walks.
With her family, Dr. Fulton is very involved with their church, Fellowship Fayetteville. In her spare time, she also enjoys painting and going out for Mexican food. Dr. Fulton also has a real sweet tooth—whether it’s cake, cookies, or ice cream.
Dr. Dwight Duckworth, DDS, MAGD
Dr. Duckworth’s uncle was a dentist, and he was able to observe him in and out of his office. It looked like a rewarding career because he got to help people every day and make a real difference in their lives. This inspired Dr. Duckworth to pursue dentistry as a career. He first completed his Bachelor of Science in Zoology in 1985 and went on to study his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. He completed a residency at Fort Campbell in 1989–90 and then practiced in Germany while in the United States Army.
Now, with many years of experience, he still enjoys his profession and helping his patients achieve healthier smiles.

Outside the dental office, Dr. Duckworth enjoys playing golf and gardening. He also enjoys housekeeping. Dr. Duckworth is married to Princess Dena Duckworth, and they have two adult daughters, Alyssa and Ash, and one grandson, Zayden.
